Skills Needed

• Proficiency in Python, with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras


• Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP models


• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, from data gathering, preprocessing, model building, training, and validation


• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical modeling


• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable ML deployment


• Hands-on experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar) is a plus


• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders

Job Description

As an AI/ML Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for a range of applications


• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to deliver robust AI solutions


• Preprocess large datasets and conduct feature engineering to improve model performance


• Conduct experiments, analyze model results, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency


• Develop APIs and pipelines to integrate models into production environments


• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions
